Gen. 22:16 – 18,26: 12-14, Psalms.111: 5, Ish. 51:2-3,Gal. 3:13-14,Gal. 3:8 &29; cf. Rom. 4:11-12, 16,Lk. 1:54-55, 72-73

Without fully understanding of the Abrahamic covenanted principle initiated by GOD directed to HIS son (friend) in Abrahamic covenanted offering obeyed and carried out
i) Righteously (Malachi 3:3-4)
ii) Willingly (2 Cor. 8;11-12)
iii) Sacrificially (2 Cor. 8:2)
iv) Generously (2 Cor. 9:6)
v) Cheerfully (2 Cor. 9:7 and
vi) Fearfully(2 Corinthians 5:11)
One can NOT jump into the conclusion or began to enjoy Abrahamic covenanted blessingsby ‘’ Faith’’ by mere singing ‘’Abrahams blessing are mine…..’’ etc.
Our unfailing God’s prompt response, clearly stated in this undiluted phrase can NOT be over emphasized
“. . . Because thou hast DONE this thing, and hast not WITHHELD……………‘’ Gen 22:16 and 18. Done what!?
Gen. 22:16-17. When Abraham raised up that knife, he must have felt as though he was killing God’s blessing, since that blessing was promised to come through Isaac. What was really happening? Just the opposite: “because you have done this … I will bless you.” When we take steps of obedience it may look like it’s the end of hope, but in reality it’s the only place where true hope of blessing really is!
PERSONAL RE-VIEW that generates this kind of God prompt quick, progressive and permanent response and blesses us with many heavenly blessing is:-
Was your Participation:-
1) Personal – was yours related to Abraham’s case? Abraham personally placed the wood on Isaac. He personally took the fire and the knife and he personally lead the way. Rom. 12:1, Josh. 14, Phil. 2:5-8; Luke 22:42. Just like Caleb as Jesus laid the golden example for us.God has a perfect, precious plan to bless our lives. But your continuous Personal involvement will result in bringing it to pass.
2) Profound V 6, 1 Cor. 15:36, - Abraham willingly and completely obeyed the command of God. He held nothing back! He gave up everything he had longed for, lived for and loved even hope for at the simple command of God! How? Abraham believed that his own Isaac was already dead verse 2! At the time God led him to offer it. Did you actually allow your own Isaac to die at the time God led you to offer it! That was the level of this man'sprofound commitment to the Lord’s commandment! And, that is the secret of him receiving his own covenanted blessing. Though, Isaac was still being seen physically, your salaries, money you’ve not even yet earn or work for etc. Do you allow your Isaac to die?No seed brings out production or blessing if you don’t allow it to remain planted! (John 12:24). It's not about the altitude of the body, but it's all about the altitude of the heart! Isaac had already been offered in Abraham's heart, the rest was mere window dressing!
3) Provision. Gen. 22: 11-14 - Abraham gave up Isaac and got him back again because he minded God. Abraham's faith honored the Lord and God in turn honored Abraham's faith. Just imagine it this way, while Abraham and Isaac climbed one side of the mountain, a ram was coming up the other side of the mountain! God had already gone ahead and made a way! This kind of unrelenting faith in this kind of our ever faithful father still works today! Our God is still Jehovah-Jireh. ONCE we do what He led us to do, no matter what the cost, we will see Him providing in a profound way!
5) Praise V. 12 – Just like Abraham you heard the Lord said, "I am pleased with you!" in various ways, in guiding your foot parts, warnings etc. This pages of the bible you opened points out to you being exposed to God praising you and this is exactly the whole purpose behind this episode. This was not, never any more about Isaac; it had always been about Abraham! About you! God wanted Abraham in that place of total surrender and love for Him. That's what it's all about in our lives as well! When God's commands calls for sacrifice, it has nothing to do with what God, church, any of the pastors were in NEED of or what you were led by God to give up. BUT it has everything to do with the state of our heart even after, our being willing to give it up at the simply command of God. God doesn't want your Isaac's, He wants you He wants your heart, desire in fact EVERYTHING OF YOU!
6) Promise of Blessing V15-19 - God renewed His covenant with Abraham. This is merely a reminder that the condition of their relationship was still intact. God know what Abraham would do! He put him to the test so that Abraham might see what was in his own heart. He was brought to a blessed place of peace, provision and promise, because he put God ahead of everything else in life. And because you really want God's best, that was what makes you then to put God first, I strongly believe you never allow your needs, condition, husband, wife anything to come in between you and God Matt. 6:33! The most precious desire unlimited heavenly blessing that is beyond ALL what money can buy in His kingdoms awaits you!
1Cor.9:2 (NLT). That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.”
CONCLUSION
Congratulations:-
The Abrahamic Covenant undergirds the totality of the biblical revelation is specifically clarified in Genesis. On the basis of Abraham’s faithful obedience, the LORD gave Abraham many promises. Ultimately,
Gen 22:16a…….By myself have I sworn…….
He bounds Himself by covenant to bring to pass what He had promised Abraham. The Scriptures, from Exodus to Revelation, continually speak of one covenant between the LORD and Abraham. This covenant promises Abraham personal, national, and universal blessings. Because He based this covenant on Himself alone, the final fulfillment of the promises to Abraham has no human conditions. However, the faithful obedience of man determines the participants in and timing of its final fulfillment.
Although Abraham experienced personal blessings from the LORD in the past and some Israelites and Gentiles enjoy spiritual blessings at present, the full and final fulfillment of the covenant, particularly the “great nation” promises, await the future coming of Jesus Christ, which no money can buy greater than any of this worldly benefits. So the pictures we get at the expression of Abrahamic covenanted blessing through the Bibleis more of eternal than of the physical!Jesus, the Seed of Abraham. God’s promises in the Abrahamic Covenant find fulfillment in the person and work of Jesus, the Messiah. Until His coming, the promises could never achieve their full realization. The Abrahamic Covenant is actually consists of God providing the blessing of justification to Gentiles who believe in Jesus, who is the seed of Abraham, “the son of Abraham” (Mt. 1:1; Gal. 3:16).
HE will always make sure that there is no ‘’ISAAC’’ between him and you, Once you are able to offer it anytime he ask for it, pouring out His blessing on you here on earth and the world to come becomes a pleasure!!!
So, is everything you have and are totally, absolutely and completely surrendered to God? God isn't really interested in your Isaac's, it's you He wants! Does He have all of you there is to have? His ultimate blessing promised is not just this earthly bless which is temporary and addition is to bless us with many heavenly blessing Ephesians 1:3, 4.
